Performance evaluation is an important part of modern business management. The business management has become an effective way. The media organizations are the same. Performance evaluation is for media organizations work results and work status reporters and editors, to assess the media through effective human resource management processes. The media organizations performance evaluation's main purpose is to give reporters and editors just and equitable performance feedback. With the development of computer technology and the management of software development technology, media organizations human resource information management process will continue to accelerate. On the basis of modern information technology with advanced design concept of performance management performance management system for media organizations, media organizations in order to achieve the performance of reporters and editors of information management to improve the core competitiveness of the media organization.In the thesis, the current widespread use of software development technology determined preclude the use of system development based on J2 EE platform and B/S model, the front page has designed preclude the use of dynamic web development technologies JSP, Java Script scripting language, backstage business logic processing using the Java language. The application of My SQL database has to manage all data structures. The database access technology is implemented using Hibernate technology. The thesis examines the media organization assessment system to achieve a system set up media organizations, user management, examination and evaluation, report management, assessment and other related query functions, and the ability to update information; media organizations on performance index can be set up through the background, while the user can according to the needs of custom; the media organization managers can batch performance evaluation operations for reporters and editors to evaluate different positions preclude a different evaluation. In the thesis, the development of the media organization performance evaluation system has fully accounted for the system availability. The system has set up related functions provided for different media organizations assessment indicators, assessment content, and other system setup functions. Through implementation and testing, it indicates the media organization performance evaluation system meets the evaluation management requirements to achieve the purpose of system development, improve the efficiency of the media organization.
