Design And Implementation Of Kunlun Energy Company Gas Accounting Management System

At present, the Kunlun Energy Co develops LNG business in mainland China, and has obtained the considerable development these years. With the increasing scale of the company, the daily data generated also grows with each passing day, because of the location-controlled and the technical capacity levels of staff are uneven, resulting in low efficiency of statistical data, the low reliability and safety of the data, all of these problems needed to be solved urgently.The paper focus on the actual business in Kunlun Energy Liaoning company, according to the design criterion of software engineering and object oriented programming ideas, designs and implements a gas accounting management system. This system is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is the independent accounting, using windows form application for designing and developing of the interface and the backstage, applied to gas stations in Kunlun Energy Liaoning company, including staff management, customer management, gas-adding records, sales data report and so on, to replace the work way that filling forms with pure artificial, assure the reliability of data, and improve the working efficiency of gas station. The second part is the company accounting, using the ASP.NET dynamic web technology to achieve pages and the functions of the system, applied to the Kunlun Energy Liaoning company's production, marketing, business planing and finance department, the main function includes audit management, sales summary, business plan management, aims at the unification of effective management for clients, analyzing and sorting sales data obtained from independent accounting, in order to providing data support for the company's business plan and market research. The two parts above form the gas accounting system, providing automatic, convenient work platform for staff to improve the efficiency of the whole system.At present, the system has been used in many gas stations of Kunlun Energy Liaoning company, has been through the test of a large number of data and runs smoothly, it also provides a wealth of reliable data for the management and plan of the company, and has made certain contribution to the operation of the company.
