Design And Implementation Of The University Teaching Material Management System

With the improvement of society and people's economic level, more and more people begin to study in the university after their graduation from high school. This phenomena makes the number of students who study in the university increased dramatically. Also, it will bring some challenge for the traditional colleges'teaching material management work, for instance, with the increase number of the students, university needs more teaching materials, so that the management work becomes very complex and heavy and so on. Because of the teaching material management work of college is very important to both students and teachers and the informatization and automation level of the current teaching material management work is not high, so it is very necessary to design and implement a university teaching material management system.In this thesis, we develop a university teaching material management system. This thesis introduced the analysis, design and implementation of the teaching material management system. Firstly, the feasibility of the system is analyzed. Secondly, the design of the system is introduced. Finally, introduced the whole implementation and testing of the system. To develop a practical and high efficiency teaching material management system, these theses use the Dreamweaver 8 as a programming platform, and SQL Sever 2008 as the backend database. The system adopts B/S structure with high level of information resources sharing, friendly interface, easy maintenance and high safety.By testing the system, we got out conclusion that this system can promote daily teaching management infromationization construction. Using such system, we can improve the work efficiency and reduce the error rate.
