In recent years, as the number of mobile terminal soars, the key point ofsoftware development has promoted to mobile platform gradually, so has thepostal business mobilized most of its service driven by the market demands. Withthe marketization of post service nowadays, the competition between China Postand other associated companies has grown severer. So, HLJ Post YiTong Info-netCo.,Ltd proposes to implement a series of postal services mobile applications,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.While, for the fact that there do exist a large number of operating systems formobile terminals, and developers often have to match every program in a specificoperating system for a single project, this project is determined to apply across-platform development model in order to shorten the developing period, savethe expenditure and grab the market share.This article is based on cross-platform mobile application developmenttechnology, analyzes a variety of cross-platform technology's status quo and trendsand finally summarizes the best solution to developing integrated postal servicesystem. It introduces the use of Hybrid mode mobile application developmenttechnology from a technical perspective and uses the flexible box layout to replacethe flow layout in order to make the application fit different sizes and differentscreens.This topic applies Appcan cross-platform mobile development tools, and usesHTML5+CSS3+JavaScript language to develop mobile client program. And ituses JAVA language based on SCDP platform to develop server-side program.Besides that, it docks with electronic commerce platform and the press systemthrough server-side to offer the users relative services.This program is mainly divided into three modules in design based on postalservices: postal assistants, mobile office, life service, and public mobile terminal.Post assistant provides post-related services to the masses, such as queryinglocation of post office outlets. Mobile office intends to provide internal postalusers with line collection and etc.. Life services module is to offer people serviceslike paying water charges, call tolls and etc.. Besides the modules above, this project also includes public mobile terminal module to provide non-functionalbusiness requirements, such as automatic updates of mobile applications.Finally, through the design of appropriate test cases for different modules, theresults show that the postal integrated service system has met the anticipated needsand achieved the goal of implementation. Furthermore, after testing the systemunder different operating systems, screen size and resolution, it proves that the levelof users experience of the system has reached the established standards.
