In the context of the “Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Educational Technology Competency Standards(Trial)” promulgated by the Ministry of Education,this study used case studies to select one experienced teacher with a teaching age of about 10 years as a research object.Through interviews,classroom observations,text analysis and other methods to collect and sort out the data,and by objectively describing the status quo of X teachers' educational technology capabilities,the status quo and main existing of X ' s teachers ' educational technology capabilities are analyzed and summarized.Analysis of problems and causes,and put forward strategies to promote the improvement of X teachers' educational technology capabilities.The specific contents of this study mainly include the following six parts: First of all,the reasons for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review and the definition of the relevant core concepts are explained.Secondly,based on the needs of case studies,literature research,interviews,and text analysis were used to collect,collate,and analyze research data.The reliability and validity of the research were analyzed,and the ethics of the study were explained.research process.Third,according to the "Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Educational Technology Competency Standards(Trial)",the composition of the teacher's educational technology capabilities includes: awareness and attitude;knowledge and skills;application and innovation and social responsibility.Fourth,clarify the status quo of X teachers ' educational technology capabilities.Including the X teacher's information technology teaching facilities in the school's equipment,X teacher's ability to grow in education and technology self-reported,students in the eyes of the X teacher,as well as in the classroom observation and interviewing process X teacher education technology capabilities in the status quo.Fifth,it is the main problem and the cause analysis of the X teacher education technology ability.Mainly include: weak awareness of educational technology;lack of educational technology knowledge;educational technology application capacity needs to be improved;educational technology training system needs to be improved in these four aspects.The sixth is the promotion strategyof the X teacher education technology capability.Including strengthening education and technology awareness;strengthening the study of modern education theory;strengthening education and training,and normal colleges and universities in advance training prospective teachers' educational technology capabilities in four aspects.The last is a summary.Summarize the main points of this study and think about research.The main purpose of this study is not to propose a strategy that is applicable to the improvement of general teacher education technology capabilities.Instead,it is aimed at the subject X teacher to find problems,analyze problems,and solve problems.Strive to propose a solution to this case.
