In November 2015,the State Council promulgated the overall plan for the overall development of the world’s first-class universities and first-class disciplines,which is the latest policy for key universities in China,which is referred to as "world-class universities and world-class disciplines " construction.With the guidance of "supporting innovation driven development strategy and serving the society and economy",the "world-class universities and world-class disciplines " construction is based on discipline construction,first class teaching as the target,performance as a measure,and comprehensive reform as the motive force,supporting a number of high-level universities and disciplines to enter the ranks of the world class or the ranks of the world,and promote higher education in China,Comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education issued the "guidance on deepening the reform of the evaluation and evaluation system for college teachers",which reflects the determination of the national "world-class universities and world-class disciplines " strategic deployment,and points out that the deepening of the reform of the performance evaluation system of university teachers is an urgent requirement to stimulate the teaching and educating,scientific research,and creative vitality of the university teachers.To a large extent,it will guide the comprehensive reform of performance appraisal in Colleges and universities,and provide policy support for the construction of first-class teaching staff.With the expansion of college enrollment,the quality of our country has been continuously improved,and the quality of education in Colleges and universities has been widely concerned,and the quality of education is closely related to the ability and quality of teachers themselves.At present,some colleges and universities in China have the phenomenon of putting the cart before the horse in the relationship between teaching,scientific research and social services,which leads to the difficulty of the performance appraisal system of the university teachers in our country to meet the requirements of the present times.The performance assessment system at the present stage restricts the effective development of the existing human resources in our universities.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the performance evaluation system of teachers in Colleges and universities,and to stimulate teachers’ creativity and vitality.Therefore,this study,based on the performance feedback model and teacher feedback seeking behavior,explores the effect of performance feedback model and feedback seeking behavior on the creative self-efficacy of college teachers.Through empirical analysis,we explore the impact of performance feedback model and feedback seeking behavior on Teachers’ creative self-efficacy,and enrich the relationship between performance feedback and feedback seeking behavior and innovative selfefficacy.At the same time,E University as the research object,after consulting the literature,issuing questionnaires,field visits,the performance feedback model and feedback seeking behavior of the University.The results of this study will help colleges and universities to adopt corresponding strategies on how to improve teachers’ sense of self-efficacy in human resource management,which is beneficial to the scientific development of performance management in Colleges and universities,and to build a first-rate teacher team.
