With the implementation of new curriculum reform,one of the basic concepts of new curriculum,the connection with real life is required to be paid attention to.So,life case teaching is one of the effective ways to implement the new curriculum concept.Biology is closely related to human life,so life case teaching in high school biology teaching to stimulate students' interest in learning,improve the students' ability of analysis problem solving,cultivate students' innovation ability and rational thinking is of great significance.This research which adopts literature research,data collection method,experience method is intended to provide scientific reference and promote the development of teaching resources for teachers in high school biological life case teaching.The research focuses on the development of teaching resources for high school biological life cases.In line with the principle of purpose,authenticity and novelty,according to the analysis of teaching material to collect case,integrate case process,42 cases have been developed,including 36 text cases,4 images cases,,1 video case,and one activity case.These cases according to its function,can be divided into imported cases,emergent cases,concluding cases,and can be respectively applied to brainstorming,breakthroughs in important plus difficult points as well as summary in teaching in the classroom.This study focuses on the development of teaching resources for biological life in the teaching materials of Jiangsu Education Edition.When developing cases,three textbooks for high school students are anlysed and the units of being closely connected with life are listed and process the materials I have consulted.The last part of this chapter is the life case teaching resources developed by the author.When employing case teaching,principles of encouragement,participation,inspiration through case import,case discussion,case teaching,case simulation methods are used.In the teaching practice,the life case teaching has been running throughbiology teaching,and this study takes two classes of protein and gene mutation as the typical case for practice and reflection.This study is the author's preliminary exploration of the case teaching of biological life in high school,and the case teaching can be applied to the teaching practice of biology class in high school.The development of case teaching resources is a systematic project.This study is intended to open up the ideas for researchers to perform and supply aids to enhance the teaching efficiency.
