At present,China's rural social work is still at an exploratory stage, and its theoretical research and methods of work are quite scarce. Most of the existing studies have taken into account the macro-level development of localized rural social work projects in China, while others have involved the development of rural social work in a certain region and elaborated on specific issues. In the practical research on rural social work, there are many studies on the implementation dilemma of social work projects, and the angle is also more extensive. The focus of attention is on the existing difficulties and strategies for how to get out of difficulties, that is,pay more attention to the emergence of the problem and the final result. The problem-solving process is often neglected. This research starts from the perspective of process research, and combines specific project development, matching the quality of project development with the quality of social workers, matching project implementation with villagers' behavior patterns, matching project progress with local resources, project design, and third-party organization. The four aspects of the required matching specifically describe the process of matching and coordinating factors, and proposes specific matching strategies.Among them, the matching between social worker quality and project implementation was elaborated from the aspects of debugging between student identity and establishing relationship, adjustment after frustration of identity, and how to judge the true intention of the service object;the match between project implementation and villagers' behavior patterns Focusing on the social worker's adaptation process to local laws and social workers' over-sensitivity to local religious culture;the project's promotion and matching of local resources expounded the problems arising from the linking of official resources by social workers and the use of resources of village officials, and the debugging The match between project design and the requirements of third-party organizations focuses on the problem of how social workers balance between rigid requirements and professionalism. This study believes that in the whole process of social work projects,it isnecessary to fully consider the matching relationship between the project-related people, situations and the project itself, and it is necessary to consider the changes in the matching of various types of relationships. In the process of project implementation, there are multiple matching relationships.According to the content involved in this project, whether it is establishing relationships, fully understanding the service targets, fully integrating into the local culture,or maximizing the use of resources, coordinating with other organizations Relations, most of the relationships involved in the project are mainly based on social workers as the medium to match,so the quality of social workers themselves play an important role in the matching of various types of relationships. In terms of cultivating social workers for university students,we can consider two aspects: strengthening the social understanding of the social workers for the clients and strengthening the coordination of multi-resources capabilities.Through the analysis and reflection of the project practice, this paper proposes two points of inspiration: process research has its own advantages. In the process research, researchers have less limitations in thinking and research values ??can be respected;in the face of rural social work " "Cultural issues",in addition to the careful grasp of the culture in which the client is served and the circumstances in which the activity is implemented, the social worker must also profoundly reflect on the culture given by his own culture and the knowledge he has provided.
