Research Purpose: Physical fitness as a new concept,it can accurately and more comprehensively evaluate the individual’s physical condition and function level,gradually being concerned about.participating in handball training and basketball training on a certain basis can not only train junior high school students to develop good exercise habits,but also to enhance the junior high school students muscle strength,improve muscle endurance,flexibility and body composition has a certain role.Therefore,through 16 weeks of handball and basketball training for junior middle school students,this study will study its promotion and influence on the quality of healthy physical fitness of junior middle school students,and provide relevant theoretical basis for improving the fitness of junior middle school students comprehensively.Enriching training teaching content at the same time,also for the scientific,optimization,rationalization to participate in handball training and basketball training to provide a reference,as well as the Handball project promotion and basketball programs more popular lay a certain foundation.Research method: This research mainly uses the experimental method,the students of the eight grade handball training and basketball training class in Xuzhou one middle school were used as subjects,respectively,for 16 weeks ’ training,longitudinal contrast with themselves before and after the experiment,and transverse contrast with basketball training group,through comparing cardiopulmonary endurance,muscular endurance,muscle strength,The influence of handball training and basketball training on the fitness of junior middle school students was studied.Results results : 1.cardiopulmonary endurance: the lung capacity: basketball before and after comparison of the experiments,men and women embrace reached significant difference(P < 0.05),and handball team reached a very significant effect(P < 0.01);step index: basketball group before the experiment show significant increase in both men and women,and handball group of boys and girls were very significant,respectively.2.muscular endurance: the sit-ups: basketball group before the experiment reached significant difference respectively and both men and women are very significant differences.Handball team to achieve the same training effect;push-ups: basketball and handball group of men and women embrace reached a very significant effect,basketball group of girls has reached the significant difference.3.muscle strength: the standing long jump: two groups of boys before the trial werereached a very significant effect,two groups of girls were achieved significant effect;grip strength: two groups of boys left hand grip strength were significant rise before the experiment,are in a very significant increase in the right hand;Handball team girls both have reached a very significant difference before the experiment,basketball girl’s right hand reached significant difference,no significant difference in his left hand.4.flexibility quality: Seat front flexion: two groups of boys before the trial were achieved significant difference,while the girls are not reach significant difference.5.Body composition: height: the height of the two groups of boys was higher than before the experiment,and all achieved significant difference effect.The two groups of girls also achieved significant difference;weight: both groups did not achieve significant differences before the experiment.Research conclusions: 1.handball and basketball training makes the vital capacity index and step index increased in junior high school students,that training can improve aerobic fitness,namely improve junior middle school students cardiopulmonary function,improve the effect of the handball training group slightly higher than the basketball training.2.Both handball training and basketball training can increase the muscular endurance and muscle strength of junior middle school students.Because of the gender difference,the two groups of boys have slightly greater muscle strength than girls.3.The growth of junior high school students’ age,the flexibility will gradually decline,while handball training and basketball training can prevent or improve their flexibility to a certain extent.Gender differences,the two groups of girls are more flexible than boys.4.Handball training and basketball training can optimize the body composition of junior high school students to some extent.Two groups of training for 16 weeks respectively,the results did not reach significant difference of height and weight but some changes,weight loss,muscle strength increased,its body composition has changed.
