With the continuous progress of society,people's knowledge level continues to improve,and people gradually pay more attention to culture.Many parents devote a lot of energy and money to their children's education.But at the same time,the new curriculum reform emphases on quality education and helps to cut the burdens of the students.Therefore,compared with before,the students' spare time increases,however,the burden of the students does not reduce,a lot of education and training institutions make full use of the new curriculum reform policies and emerge in large numbers,developing for getting more students' spare time.Therefore,large or small educational guidance institutions emerge like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,and get hitherto unknown development opportunity space.WZX education institution was established in 2016,just a year ago.As a local private education consulting organization in Chengdu,it faces the early childhood education market,and has also gained a certain growth and development in this year.This paper takes WZX Educational Consultants India Ltd as the research object,first analyzes the research status of education consulting industry at home and abroad,then the political,legal,social,economic and technological environment and micro competition environment the education consulting industry facing are analyzed.Through the introduction of WZX company's business,it analyzes the current marketing situation and existing problems,according to the SWOT analysis,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the marketing and the opportunities and threats,and carries on the market segmentation and market positioning,besides,it develops detailed strategies about product,price,channel,promotion according to the status of the company.Based on this,the paper comes up with some enterprises,culture and facilities guarantee that can ensure the implementation of enterprise marketing strategy,so as to obtain higher market share and obtain more customers.This paper tries to start from the knowledge of marketing management system,analyzes the present situation of after-school training market,the market leading brand status,market share,consumer's consumption level and consumption demand of Chengdu City,combining theory with practice,to study the exist problems in the marketing strategy of WZX Educational Consultants India Ltd.On the basis of extensive reference to books andmaterials,and according to 4P theory,this paper puts forward feasible marketing strategies in line with WZX development,so as to better face the market and deal with the fierce competition in the market.
