The allocation of compulsory education resources is related to the allocation of educational resources is reasonable,related to the healthy development of compulsory education.It is of great significance to improve the compulsory use of compulsory education resources and improve the decision-making of government departments and even promote the fairness of education,so as to find out the reasons and find out the reasons for the evaluation of the performance of compulsory education resource allocation.Based on the data of the allocation of compulsory education resources in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the level of performance of compulsory education resources in the region and its influencing factors based on the relevant data of 14 cities in the province from 2010 to 2013.Finally,policy suggestion.The results show that the performance of compulsory education resources in Hunan Province has been improved year by year,and the overall performance level of the allocation of resources is high.In some cities,the scale of compulsory education resources is inefficient and there is a redundant phenomenon,Although the performance of educational resource allocation is positively correlated with the regional economic strength,the positive effect of regional economic strength on the allocation of compulsory education resources is weak.The regional population density and the scale of government expenditure play a positive role in the performance of compulsory education resources The urbanization rate is negatively correlated with the performance of compulsory education resources allocation,which indicates that the current urbanization process in Hunan Province has a hindrance to the performance of compulsory education resources.It is suggested that the performance of the allocation of compulsory education resources in Hunan Province should not be improved.It can not only pay attention to the total amount of educational resources investment,but also pay attention to the planning,use and management of educational resources.One is to improve the compulsory education resources investment in the scientific budget and distribution mechanism;the second is to strengthen the compulsory education schools and their educational resources management;third is to improve the performance of compulsory education resources evaluation mechanism.It is hoped that the conclusions and suggestions of this study will have reference and reference value for other similar regions in China.
