| As teenagers and the future of the country and family,their health is directly related to the fate of the family and the country.Therefore,in order to help our country’s young people to grow up healthily,the state has formulated a series of corresponding policies,such as the "National Fitness Program" and "Healthy China" 2030 Plan published in 2016.These policies all emphasize the need to strengthen health education in schools,improve the health literacy of young people,and help young people develop a healthy lifestyle.Nowadays,the main carrier courses for health education in schools are sports and health courses.It is also in this course that the topic of health education is set up.However,the actual situation is not ideal.Since the reform of the physical education curriculum for many years,the health status of students has not been significantly improved.In particular,students in senior high school are faced with huge pressures for further studies.Under the influence of the exam-oriented education system,students’ physical,psychological,and social adaptability are facing tremendous challenges,and many students’ health conditions are Worry.This article uses literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to grasp the health knowledge of senior high school students in Liaocheng City,the curriculum of the health education module in the high school physical education and health curriculum,and the implementation of health education in sports and health curriculum.The factors were analyzed and analyzed,and the problems existing in the implementation of health education in the sports and health curriculum in various high schools in Liaocheng City were summarized,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed according to the problems in order to be effective for the high school in Liaocheng in the sports and health curriculum.The implementation of health education provides some theoretical basis.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)The main ways for high school students in Liaocheng to acquire healthknowledge are online resources and books and periodicals.Relatively few students acquire health knowledge through physical education and health classes.(2)Liaocheng high school students are not very good at grasping the health knowledge in the physical education and health curriculum.The health knowledge of physical health,mental health and social adaptation is very one-sided and cannot reach the general high school “Sports and Health”.Curriculum Standards requirements.(4)According to the investigation,the health knowledge involved in the physical education of Liaocheng high school physical education teachers in the theoretical class and practical class is not comprehensive enough.In the theoretical class,most of the physical education teachers had less hours of health education in the previous school year.During the six classes,the physical education teachers combined with the health education content in the practical lesson was not satisfactory.Based on this,the following suggestions are made:(1)Schools establish health education supervision agencies to promote the implementation of health education in sports and health curriculum.(2)Physical education teachers use flexible teaching methods to conduct sexual education and pay attention to the process evaluation of students.(3)Strengthen post-employment training in sports education topics for physical education teachers to increase their overall level of health knowledge.(4)Physical education teachers strengthen communication with students in class to understand students’ real needs for health knowledge.Pay attention to students’ psychological health and social adaptation education.(5)Physical education teachers should combine the content of health education in practical classes to avoid theorization of students’ health knowledge. |
