The content of health education is an important and integral part of physical education and health course in high school. According to the "health first" guiding ideology, The ordinary physical education and health curriculum standard in high school (experiment) names the series of health education subject as the required content of physical education and health course in high school, and make a regulation to make a module for teaching. At present, in Jiangsu province’s sports and health curriculum, the current situation about the conduction of health education is urgently needed to investigate.This paper uses questionnaire survey in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province which includes 26 high school from rural and urban areas,2 schools in each city,2 PE teachers and 30 senior students in each school. The total respondents are 52 physical teachers and 780 students; based on that, questionnaire are designed for sports teachers and students respectively to investigate the present situation of high school sports health education and health course teaching in Jiangsu province.The results and analysis:1.77% of high schools in Jiangsu province have carried on the health education teaching but 23% haven’t. The degree of the conduction of central Jiangsu region is better than the northern and southern parts in Jiangsu province.30% of schools’health education teaching schedules are less than 18 hours; the arrangement of health education curriculum is mainly 6 hours in high school each year from Senior 1 to 3.2.75% of high school develop their lasses according to the original model; 20% according to "co-ed class grouping" model; 95% is theory teaching,75% are students self-study,70% is the lecture way; 95% are teaching method and 80% for self-study method and discussion method. The proportion of self-study for health education is very high.100% of the schools use language interpretation teaching means; 90% use media devices; 75% uses the blackboard writing teaching means; Image tools are being used.95% of high school using the books information, multimedia teaching and information resources; 25% use museum resources and 15% use image tools resources; Health education module is mainly composed of physical education and teachers teaching; External full-time teachers are few. Evaluation method includes 55% for an open-book exam, and 40% for assignments and operation, and 40% for writing experience; Shut the evaluation form was the choice for 30% of the school while 10.0% of schools without examination. The evaluation method Health education of relative learning is various.15.8% of schools students failed the learning evaluation can’t get credits; 84.2% of high school students fail in health education module after the learning achievement evaluation can’t get credit.76.5% of high school students fail learning achievement evaluation choose the make-up exam,23.5% of schools let the student to retake courses.3.There are differences between student’s inputs, attitude, interest and the effect of health education teaching understanding to health education. Serious health education teachers have strong teaching ability in class.73.3% of the students think high school health knowledge skills are very important; 24.7% think is not too much important,2% of the students think that less important, students think less important or no important.100.0% of teachers think the failure for implementing health education module is that teachers’ workload is heavy and they can’t bear. 66.7% said school had no plans for 1 health education classroom; 33.3% of teachers think that PE teachers’ knowledge ability is insufficient which have no capacity to teach; 83.3% of the teachers think the reason is the school attach less importance to it.4.The current health education teaching content structure is reasonable and can satisfy the needs and interests of students. Teaching content includes 100% of school teaching, the concept of health and corrects understanding of health, which has composition of the food’s nutrition value and rational diet; the influence of environment on health; the dangers of smoking, excessive drinking and drug use.95% of the school teaches health education content which is closely related to student’s life:avoid bad ways, means and methods to prevent and eliminate psychological barriers.90% of school professor are neurasthenia, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder terrorist obstacles such as the cause of psychological barriers. By the table also can be seen:60% of the schools teach students the psychological changes and its content:45% of the school teaching is the difference between sexual offence:the formation of a correct concept of sexual morality and law-abiding.85% of school teaching high school students content that they must be normal heterosexual contacts.Conclusion:1.77% of high school in Jiangsu province has carried on the health education teaching while 23% hasn’t. The current form of evaluation about health education on uncertainty, regional different schools for student achievement management methods has no universal standards.3.Teachers and students to learn health education to the student’s inputs, attitude, interest and the effect of health education teaching understanding differences. High school students are very interested in the content of the health education project current health education content, reasonable structure, can meet students’ needs and interests; Teaching content in accordance with the needs of the students.4.The reason is not currently implementing health education module teacher workload is big, can’t bear; Equipped with insufficient physical education teacher resources and had no plans for school health education classroom, PE teachers’ knowledge ability is insufficient, does not have the capacity to teach; The deeper reason is not taken seriously by the school sports and health.Advice:1.Strictly according to the ordinary high school "sports and health course standard" requirement, organize courses in health education module and make period arrangement to reach 18 hours standard requirements, and strictly control.2.The flexible use of explanation, asking questions, discussion and debate, practice and experiment, teaching methods such as game, make full use of and reform the existing teaching resources, further develop to the social resources, more use of exhibition hall and other resources, develop the new resources, strengthening the construction of resources; Lesson teaching forms can be set up with health education project, case teaching, health advice, lectures, group work, individual counseling, peer education and visit, etc.;based on the interaction between southern Jiangsu, middle and northern Jiangsu areas, this paper discusses positive and effective health education teaching means, methods, ways and integrates a variety of resources for health education.3.Pay more attention to the evaluation of health education module performance, pay attention to the qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation, process evaluation with summative evaluation, pay attention to parents and teachers’ evaluation, students’ self-evaluation and mutual evaluation. The combination of the students and their parents are involved in the evaluation, which improves students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm towards the health education project. Evaluation content and health knowledge in the form of theory can be used to test; Health consciousness, ability and behavior observation records, little research available, living practice form; Study manner, the cordiality performance and the cooperation spirit of evaluation content according to the students in the classroom at ordinary times and practice to evaluate the performance.4.The teachers and students have to strengthen communication and understanding when they interact with each other. The organic combination of inside and outside the classroom teaching plays a key role in the overall effect. Attaches great importance to physical education and health class, pay attention to physical education teacher’s construction, increase the PE teachers’ incomes, reduce PE teachers’ burden; Regulatory phenomenon of gym class is seized. Training to learn health education teachers’ professional knowledge; the educational research group activities, in a planned way organize teachers learning related knowledge and theory and teaching. Being Hold by health education project knowledge and theory training, personnel trainings in rotation. Use the network distance education platform, special knowledge and health education for sports teachers’education theory. Use concentrates on continuing education, physical education teachers held a targeted health education knowledge lecture. Improve teachers’ knowledge of health education project and the theoretical level; strengthen health education teachers’ teaching ability.
