The Research Of Construction Of Physical Education Culture Under The Guidance Of Health On Middle Schools In LiaoCheng

Physical education culture is a combination of school culture and physical culture what represents the culture atmosphere of the school,advertises the knowledge of physical and health and teaches the right sport way to students.It guides students take part in the sports and makes students to have a right sport concept to promote students' health.But now,teachers pay more attention to the construction of material and system than the behavior and spirit.It is not benefit to the health of students therefore,the physical circles and society should attach importance to it.The subject of this paper is the construction situation of physical education culture under the health guidance.By means of the literature review,questionnaire,interviews,field observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an analysis on the construction situation of physical education culture.According to this,this paper dissects the missing elements,does more deep research about the function of physical education culture to promote the students' health and seeks a way for the construction of physical education culture.This provides a base for the research.The results shows that: on the aspect of material,the sports fields and the quantity and kinds of equipment are enough to meet students' need.But there are some bad things what is not good for students' health : broken equipment in rural middle school,pollution of the around environment,etc.On the aspect of system,most schools have a physical system but they don't combine with their own reality.In the implementation of the sports system,there is locking of specialist supervision and accountability.At the same time,teachers need more opportunities to promote themselves and they have heavy teaching pressure.Sometimes,the PE classes are occupied by others subjects.On the aspect of spirit,students know the importance and the meaning of exercise and they are positive about exercise but they are less active to learning the theoretical knowledge.On the aspect of behavior,the teacher paymore attention to the students' health and the practice of skills but,they ignore the general rules sometimes.At the same time,the school have exercise and competition after the class,however,the content is single and stereotype.Meanwhile,students have wrong opinions about the physical competition.According to the research,the equipment of the rural middle school should be refined;the environment of the physical education should be controlled;the system of the physical culture should be obeyed;the teacher should be responsible for their own duties;teachers should be given more opportunities to promote themselves;the physical education should be given more time;the physical exercise and competition should be arranged more reasonable;students should be guided to learn more theoretical knowledge;the participant rate of the physical competition should be increased.
