| Schools should be students accept education and realize the important place of growth,but in recent years the state of rapid development at the same time has been accompanied by a variety of emerging social problems,campus can’t avoid,now the phenomenon of bullying has become a noticeable social security problems,especially for junior high school.At present,the phenomenon of bullying in middle school is becoming more and more frequent,which has aroused the concern of all sectors of society.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part starts from the research background and research significance,summarizes the domestic and foreign research reviews,and explains the thoughts and methods of this research.The second part,first of all,through reading a large number of documents,books and case,comprehensive domestic and foreign scholars point of view to define the concept of bullying.Comparing school bullying with school violence and joke,let us have a clear and comprehensive understanding of what school bullying is.Secondly,the characteristics of school bullying are summarized as universality,low age,diversity,group and concealment.Then,the members of the school bully were divided into four types: bullies,bullied person,bullies/ bullied person and bystanders.Finally,according to the current students’ learning and life characteristics,campus bullying is divided into four types: language bullying,physical bullying,psychological bullying and cyber-bullying.The third part,through the questionnaire method method of students in the two middle schools of zhengzhou X middle school and Y middle school,obtained the relevant information about bullying in junior middle school campus.Questionnaire for students from outside bullies,bullying and the incidence of bullying on the current junior high school,type,time and place,be bullies and onlookers coping attempts,bullying and being bullied characteristics,causes and effects of using SPSS19 has carried on the statistics,the current status of the junior high school campus bullying had the preliminary understanding.The fourth part,according to the questionnaire data,X and Y school interview data and related documents to our country middle school bullying phenomenon for many reasons: from individual ways mainly students physical and mental development is not sound,individual caused by defects and as bystander apathy;In companion ways,mainly based on an individual’s identity causes students to groups of bullying in the peer group learning and bullying group members being labeled,lead to bullying is serious;From the school aspect,it is mainly the school supervision system,post-processing,security risk prevention and control,and teachers’ ability to deal with the experience and lack of moral education.From the family aspect,it is mainly caused by the lack of education and the environment structure;From the social aspect,it is mainly caused by the unhealthy environment and mass media’s spread of violent subculture.The fifth part is about summarizing and summarizing the results and conclusions of this study and explaining the existing problems in the research. |
