| The campus should be the most sunny and safest place.However,during recent years,bullying has occurred frequently in middle school.This not only destroys the safe campus environment,disturbs the normal teaching order,but also brings serious harm to the physical and mental development of middle school students.Middle school students are the future of our country and the hope of our nation.Their healthy growth is related to the future and destiny of our country.At present,the national departments at all levels attach great importance to the problem of school bullying,and the academic circles also actively enhance the study the problem of school bullying,which has important practical significance to the effective prevention and control of school bullying.This study takes the students of Y middle school as the research object,in order to promote the development of middle school students’ physical and mental health,and systematically studies the bullying behavior in the middle school.The main methods used are investigation,interview and case analysis.Through a survey of 287 students in Y middle school and depth interviews with some teachers,students and parents of Y middle school,it is found that the bullying behavior of middle school is universal,there is no gender difference,language bullying is the main feature,it mainly happens in the classroom and so on.And probes into the influencing factors of school bullying on this basis.There are four main factors:the immature physical and mental development of the junior high school students is the endogenous factor that leads to the school bullying;the lack of school education and management has increased the risk of school bullying objectively;the absence of family education leads to the defects of the students’ personality;the negative factors in the social environment contribute to the school bullying.After that,The Y middle school to carry out the school bullying behavior intervention research.In addition to the school actively promote mental health education work to intervene school bullying,the author also seize the internship opportunities in school,carrying out a series of group counseling activities to correct the bullying behavior of the students targetedly.Finally,the paper makes a reflection on the intervention research of the school bullying in Y middle school,and further proposed the optimization strategies of intervention:improving the construction of school mental health service system,improving the effectiveness of group counseling,increasing the supervision of school bullying,creating a harmonious family environment and creating a good social environment. |
