Study On Contemporary College Students’ Moral Deficiency Problem And Its Countermeasure

College students who are the pillars of China and the "Chinese dream" implementers undertake,Its not only the great mission of the national revitalization,but also the significant task of the socialist modernization.Morality,as the ideological foundation,important conditions and important guarantees for the growth of college students,is directly concerns to whether or not college students can become qualified socialist builders and reliable successors who are in line with the development of the times.However,with the deepening of the reform and opening up in China as well as the advancement of the economic construction,some college students have the problem of moral deficiency,These ethical issues are inconsistent with the demand for talent development in the new era.We must attach great importance to this problem and strengthen the cultivation of college students’ moral quality,make the university moral quality specification adapt to the track of time spirit,to ensure that the correct student’s growth direction fit with the direction of the development of the society.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly starts from the Marxist theory and related theoretical basis,Detailed description of the connotation of morality,Based on the research perspectives of this paper,we try to define the concept of “ lack of morality”.Dialectically analyzes the classification of college students’ moral deficiency.The second combines morality with the making of talents.we obtained data on the status questionnaire of contemporary college students’ moral deficiencies through design and dissemination of an electronic questionnaire on the status questionnaire of "college students moral deficiencies".Using SPSS software to integrate and analyze the collected data,starting from the individual perspective of college students,we analyze the status questionnaire of contemporary college students’ moral deficiencies in terms of political morality,ethics,and individual psychological quality.The problem of moral deficiency of college students in the aspect of moral principles,is shown as: flattening of affect,lack of integrity,utilitarianism of motivation,weak consciousness of social moral and the mismatching of behavior and cognition;in terms of the quality of individual mental performance is negative psychological state;In the aspect of moral principles,is shown as: flattening of affect,lack of integrity,utilitarianism of motivation,weak consciousness of social moral and the mismatching of behavior and cognition;In terms of the quality of individual mental performance is negative psychological state.The third part analyzes deeply the influencing factors of college students’ moral deficiency from the aspects of history,culture,system,environment,education and student personal factors.The last part focuses on the influencing factors of university students’ moral deficiency and puts forward the relevant countermeasures to solve these problems.First,the practice of education task,form and improve the moral education field;Second,to treat foreign culture rationally and to carry forward socialist value outlook;Third,to enhance moral heteronomy and to promote the moral construction of the system;Fourth,develop the positive orientation of consensus,create a good moral environment;Fifth,be guided by the Marxism practice theory and to deepen the moral education mode;Sixth,to improve self-education,and to strengthen the moral autonomy.
