| Multi-level teaching of English is based on the students’ knowledge base,their English learning ability and motivation to carry out different targeted teaching.It takes full account of the individual differences in students,fully respected the student’s dominant position,and rural junior school students English learning.The basis of uneven situation adapts for the new era of personnel training requirements.Layered teaching and effective use of methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to explore the potential and advantages of students to stimulate students’ creativity,so that each student can be due to the development and greatly improve the use of teaching resource,saving the cost of teaching,improve teaching efficiency,and ultimately conducive to the growth of each students.Based on the theoretical analysis of layered teaching,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of developing junior school English teaching in rural areas,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and further optimizes and perfects the teaching of D-middle school at Xinjin County in Chengdu.This paper aims to explore a layered teaching model suitable for the characteristics of the school,and provide reference for the implementation of other rural junior school.The Study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,including the reason for the research,the purpose and the significance of the research,the thinking of research as well as the research content.At that time,it defines multi-level Teaching of English.And the situations of multi-level Teaching from other countries to our country are expounded.It also gives the theoretical basis and principles of the hierarchical teaching.The second part combines the teaching practice of the team led by the author and the data analysis of the stratified teaching practice of D-middle school at Xinjin County in Chengdu.The third part explores the problems in the implementation of hierarchical teaching,and then analyses the reasons for these problems,at last,show the strategies to solve the problems in order to optimize the teaching in practicing.The fourth part is the conclusion of this research,research achievements and shortcomings,as well as the future direction of the research. |
