Colleges and universities are the primary site of education is to train and develop young talents,which can also empower youth with socialist central value system in the position of thinking.For colleges and universities,logistics has far-reaching effects.The university logistics is the vital foundation and guarantee for things to work.Incentives for managers is a knowledge,using incentive theory properly can effectively arouse the worker's continuing motivation,then we can make the unit goals and direction to the implementation of the same result,therefore we can increase unit planning function.With the development of the Changji college logistics socialization reform,in order to go out of school,and to take part in marketing competition,we need to put forward higher requirements on the logistical construction worker team building strength.In this paper I'm going to talking about how to improve the incentive system of logistics personnel problems.Changji college is located in Changji city,which is in the center of the economic zone,the college has a history of more than 50 years.College has two campus of north and south,at present the school reform of socialization of logistics service center is in the stage,the service now changes from internal to external,logistics work is facing the severe task,mainly reflected in the staff is in the different education background,the original members belong to the existing personnel lack of security,and the work enthusiasm is not high enough.Under this reality,it's a must to improve the staff incentive system,and to improve Changji college logistics service center staff practical incentive system.Through the analysis of logistics of Changji college staff incentive system,I found out the present problems,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,and then according to the result,I set the goals of supporting staff incentive system:we need to establish and perfect the system of logistics staff incentive system;Stimulate and enhance the quality of logistics;and to strengthen the relationship between the logistics managers and employees.In order to ensure effectively the implementation of the college logistics staff incentive system,this paper also puts forward the Changji college support staff incentive system implementation safeguard measures.I come up with six measures to make sure the implementation,therefore,the college should strengthen the service consciousness,strengthen the quality training of logistics personnel,bring in enterprise personnel management system,take the assessment quantitative performance,fair treatment of people.The college can also take their own salary incentive system,we can fully motivate staff in this way,the system would make the college managers pay more attention to the long-term interests of the college in the management,finally the college can achieve the overall strategic target in the near future.
