| With the development of global economic integration and international shipping industry,the position and role of the port in the global transportation system have become increasingly prominent,especially,the strategic concept of Maritime Silk Road is bound to make the port logistics industry enter a new developing stage.Meanwhile,the phenomenon of separation between labor supply and enterprise demand is become more and more intensified,and the problem of employment difficulty among vocational graduates is particularly acute in the crack.Thus,it has become an important subject to actively explore and rev-examine the personnel training of port logistics major in vocational colleges in order to meet the needs of modern service industry for port logistics talents.Taking QHVTC as an example,this paper tells that the college has the problems such as unclear personnel training target,inadequate academic-practical teachers,unreasonable teacher professional structure and curriculum,incomplete teaching methods and means,insufficient development of students’ professional moral and psychological quality by the investigation of logistics enterprises,fresh graduate,alumni and professional teachers.The thesis proposes how to improve the quality of port logistics talent cultivation in vocational colleges as follows.First,it is necessary to push the professional group construction of the port logistics management to integrate with industry chains,to gather related majors around job group,and to promote the overall strength the professional group by group penetration and resource sharing.Second,it needs to perfect logistics management professional course system,adhere to curriculum reform,highlight its professional characteristics of port logistics and build the major system from the employment guidance and competence.And then,it should innovate the training mode and combine Work-integrated Learning,Order-orientated and "2 + 1".Finally,the college and the enterprise are supposed to cooperate to train teachers in order to improve bilateral enthusiasm and achieve a win-win situation.And the enterprise should standardize training,improve the training effect,take multiple-directional guarantee teacher training and support Going-out of the high quality production based on teachers. |
