In the actual management of universities, the work of logistics bears important role,and it is the basis and guarantee of such daily work of universities as teaching and scientific research. At present, combining with the actual situation of the school, the vast majority of universities continue to move forward along the road of reform, which is in accordance with the spirit of reform shown in the file from the central government. The universities adhere to the core concept --- people-oriented concept, by using social mechanism and the form of industrialization, conduct a system reform of university's logistics, make the logistics gradually adopt the market principle and realize the separation of the logistics system and universities step by step. How to create a standardized,effective and reasonable incentive system, and actively play the subjective role of the employees to maintain a strong competitive edge, is particularly important in the reform of university logistics.This paper chooses A University as the research object. It first makes a comprehensive review of the status quo of the incentive mode of the logistics employees especially the university logistics employees at home and abroad on the basis of the full reading, analysis and collation of documents and theory. The paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics, the main contradiction and deficiency under the current incentive mode for university logistics employees. Secondly, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 logistics employees of A University,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the incentive situation of A University logistics employees, it explores the main problems and prominent contradictions existing in the incentive management mode.Finally, on the basis of theoretical elaboration and case analysis, the paper advocates universities developing realistic and reasonable incentive target and scientific incentive mode, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of the incentive management of university logistics employees. The main recommendations are to enhance scientific and reasonable salary system, promote the differentiation under the incentive mode,improve the feasibility of employee occupation development plan, promote effective and fair performance appraisal system, construct positive incentive culture; At the same time,the paper proposes to establish corresponding constraint mechanism, which will be implemented together with the employee incentive system, therefore realize the optimal allocation of human resources.
