Teacher-student relationship is a relationship of basic education,the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious or not,directly affects the quality of school education,affect the quality of students' personality development.Primary school teachers and students relations is an important index to measure the quality of elementary education,our country elementary school teachers and students relations on the surface is in a state of balance,but in fact there are still some inharmonious.According to a report released in recent years,primary contradiction between teachers and students,intensifying the conflict between teachers and students,all kinds of beatings,kill division is common,the extremely serious social impact,we have to reflect on,with the continuous development of society,our primary school teachers and students relations: what's the matter? How to deal with the contradiction and conflict in the relationship between teachers and students of primary school,elementary school harmonious relationship between teachers and students,promote the development of primary school teachers and the students physical and mental health,become the research important topic.Primary school is to develop students' thinking ability,cultivating good study habits of primary school students critical period,the teachers in this period is very important for the influence of the primary school students.At the same time,the elementary student's psychological development is rapid,but there are still in the process of development of contradiction,help students to adapt to school life,learn to exchanges,initial set up positive outlook on life,values,it also makes the study on the relationship between the primary school teachers and students is of great practical significance.In wide search,this study analysis of the literature at home and abroad and on the basis of existing research results,through the questionnaire method,interview method,random sampling investigation of liuyang three elementary schools,combing the current situation of primary school teachers and students relations,and further explore the cause of the relationship between teachers and students,thus targeted on how to ease the contradiction between teachers and students,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students put forward some Suggestions to build primary school.Through the investigation and study in this paper,the following conclusions:Liuyang primary school teachers and students of the relationship between teachers and students at present satisfactory on the whole,it embodies the fine tradition of our country's love student teacher.At the same time we should also see,the new period,due to the intersection of pluralistic cultures and values and collision,the relationship between teachers and students there are still some unsatisfactory place,embodied in the following aspects: the relationship between teachers and students did not reflect "people-oriented" concept;By the bondage of traditional ideas between teachers and students;Emotional indifference betweenteachers and students;Lack of dialogue and communication between teachers and students.Research further shows that primary school teachers and students relations not harmonious reasons are various,first is influenced by teacher authority status in traditional culture;The second is the influence of teachers' lack of communication skills;The third is the class size of expanding block;The last is the family's influence on the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.For the reason of primary school teachers and students relations is not harmonious,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students put forward some Suggestions on how to build a primary school.First is to change the traditional ideas on teaching target,the teachers and students to promote common development.On the one hand,to set up the "people-oriented" education idea;On the other hand must set up common development between teachers and students.Secondly in terms of emotional foster a sense of responsibility and love,realize the emotional harmony between teachers and students.Deepen the consciousness of responsibility and love is the foundation of emotion harmonious,to carry out the consciousness of responsibility and love is the key.The third is the communication patterns on teaching method innovation,promote emotion between teachers and students.To trust students is the premise of a harmonious way,strengthen dialogue and exchanges is the guarantee,effective dialogue and communication is the key.The fourth is to renew the idea of education in the teaching process,and create a good atmosphere.Fifth,pay attention to the environmental management,deepen the environmental harmony.
