Teacher self management is an important part of teacher management.It is an effective way to improve teachers’ teaching level and improve the quality of teaching.Teachers’ self-management is a teacher’s spontaneous self-control and restriction.In order to achieve better goals,it’s a process management that takes teachers as the main body of management.With the rapid development of urbanization,suburban society is in the material expansion period,primary school teachers are facing the problems of suburban school infrastructure,lack of teachers,students,family services to expand a wide range,bear the responsibility to further promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,the contradiction between the complexity of work overload and their life burden,the work efficiency is poor.Based on self efficacy theory and self-management theory,this study explores the strategies of teachers’ self-management in suburban primary schools,so as to improve the self-management level of suburban primary school teachers,promote the self professional development of suburban primary school teachers,and improve the quality of primary and secondary school education.This paper takes Wudang District of Guiyang City,the 3 suburban primary school as the research object,using literature method,survey method,research and design of a total of 42 to carry out the questionnaire survey,the questionnaire contains the main part of the six dimensions of teachers’ self management(self cognition,occupation values,responsibility consciousness,responsibility,interpersonal relationship health management,time management),issued a total of 105 questionnaires,101 valid questionnaires,the collected survey data entry Excel,SPSS processing and analysis.In depth interviews with the principals and teachers in the 3 suburban primary schools,the main factors affecting the self-management of primary school teachers in the suburbs were deeply understood.The study found that there are three main problems in the self management of primary school teachers in Suburb: one is self management consciousness needs to be strengthened;two,self management knowledge needs to be enriched;three,self management ability needs to be improved.The main factors that affect the self-management of primary school teachers come from three aspects of society,schools and teachers.In order to solve the problem and practice,this article proposes suggestions from three aspects of society,school and individual teachers: one is the construction of the government,school,family three-in-one teacher management system,highlighting the many elements of the management ability;two is to strengthen the school information management mechanism,improve the teachers’ self-management activity;the three is to focus on the individual development of teachers,improve teachers’ self management ability.
