Education ecology is the curriculum to study the relationship between education and the environment.Education ecology,from the perspective of rural primary school teachers learning,emphasizes learning depends on living and work environment,and emphasizes teachers’ interaction with the environment.This paper will on the system theory and balance theory as the basis of this article,which illustrates the ecological features of teachers’ learning and its correlation between rural primary school teachers’ learning and education ecology.It argue education ecology and rural primary school teachers’ learning logic.This also illustrates education ecology perspective of the connotation of rural primary school teachers’ learning,the ecological connotation refers to the rural teacher learning,rural primary school teachers’ learning is a interconnected,dynamic and continuous process,rural primary school teachers to interact with the ecological environment to achieve the balance of the ecosystem.The theory,in this paper,the ecological environment of rural primary school teachers’ learning,aiming to analyze the rural primary school teachers` learning environment and to discuss the ecological environment,complexity and dynamic characteristic of the rural primary school teachers,can be divided into three dimensions: the ecological environment of the rural primary school teachers’ learning subject,the campus off-campus ecological environment.Based on the above theories,this paper focuses on the study of the ecological environment of three rural primary school teachers in L district.It finds out the imbalance of the main ecological environment and the physiological ecology of fatigue.The ecological environment in the university is worrying,the lack of material resources,the system ecology of anomie and the poor human environment.The backward off-campus ecological environment is mainly reflected in the natural,social and normative environment.In addition,this paper also proposes,the countermeasures to optimize the teachers’ learning environment in rural elementary schools.It is to maintain the internal stability of the subject;In real time,we pay attention to the psychological state and life needs of rural teachers and improve the ecological environment of teachers.To ensure that teachers have as many material resources much as possible;Formulating the institutional ecology of people-oriented,dynamic development and democratic equality;Creating harmonious campus culture and cultivating cooperative teachers’ humanistic environment.Establishing reasonable value identification and creating a social atmosphere of respecting;Rural oriented policy to enhance feasibility and relevance;Implement remote teacher education and establishment of rural teacher learning resource center. |
