The "Provisions for the Work of Class Teachers in Elementary and Middle Schools" clearly states that the class teacher is the main implementer of daily ideological and moral education and student management in primary and secondary schools,and that the class teacher should strive to become a life tutor for primary and secondary school students.This is a further requirement for the head teacher as the main implementer of school moral education,and it also highlights the importance of the work of the head teacher to the growth of students.However,in practice,the working environment of elementary school class teachers is not optimistic.They undertake tasks of various natures.The tedious work makes them physically and mentally exhausted.The borderless responsibilities have affected the effective functioning of moral education to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the working environment of primary school class teachers.The working environment of elementary school class teachers exists in a variety of complex teaching situations,which are closely related to the surrounding environment.This study borrows theories of ecology and regards the head teacher of the elementary school as the ecological subject in the education ecosystem to reveal the unfavorable factors and problems in the working environment of the head teacher of the elementary school.By analyzing the interaction process between human and environment in the work ecosystem of the head teacher H,Discuss the phenomenon of imbalance in the working environment caused by the interaction of various levels of systems:Although the students in the micro system are simply cute,they often make H feel collapsed,science teachers who shirk their responsibilities,parents who are difficult to communicate,and school leaders attitude,these micro-ecological factors have more negative impacts on H's working environment;in the meso system,the school's evaluation and supervision of the work of the head teacher,as well as the small groups of parents who "love trouble",make the head teacher even more The work of the company is hindered;the appearance system and the macro system are more from the supervision and inspection of the education administration department and the society's evaluation of the class teacher.These key factors make it difficult for the class teacher's working environment to achieve ecological harmony.It can be seen that H's physical and mental condition exceeds his tolerance and is in a state of physical and mental exhaustion;he is in a marginalized "niche" and lacks professional autonomy;various limiting factors cause H's working ecosystem to become unbalanced.On the basis of analyzing the working ecosystem of H,the author adopts an ecological research perspective on educational issues mentioned in the article "On the Applicability of Ecology to Educational Research" by Liu Guihua and Zhu Xiaoman from the perspective of ecology:Subject and environment,heredity and mutation,balance and imbalance,symbiosis and competition.Under these four frameworks,the causes of various problems in the classroom teacher's working environment are analyzed:the emergence of industrialization of education has led to parents' attitudes to the classroom teacher change,from supporting cooperation to passive resistance;behind the administration of education,external departments have increasingly interfered,dominated and controlled schools and teachers,and class teachers have become increasingly difficult to resist outside interference and have lost their professionalism autonomy has lost its dominant position in the education system;the increase in the head teacher's allowance has also made the status of the head teacher and the subject teacher no longer balanced,and the occurrence of various negative factors has caused the relationship between the head teacher and various ecological factors.Coexisting in harmony again,and increasingly in a relationship of confrontation and dismantling,the work of a class teacher the environment has also become increasingly "non-ecological".
