Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group is a private profit-making enterprise who are responsible for the principal under the leadership of the board of directors.Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group adhere to the theory on school management that is to recognize differences,offer alternatives,exploit potential and develop diversities.Its running mode is “Diversity,Optional”.As for the chains of education industry,it is a circulation of enrollment,teachers,management and results.If the Group are willing to recruit the high quality students and more capable teachers in the next year,it is requested that there is a management system in the inner Group especially human resources performance appraisal.It is the most important to improve the treatment of staff and strengthen the management of the staff in order to make the students' better ?achievement,let the Group's reputation higher and obtain the enrollment superior.This dissertation discovers many problems such as impartiality,objectivity,accuracy,motivation and persistence in performance appraisal through deeply looking into and going into the current performance appraisal system.On the basis of analyzing the problems in the performance appraisal system of Nighbo Hua Mao Education Group and combing several theories of the performance apprasail,it is to optimize and structure the full set of performance apprasail system which is suitable for the staff of Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group.In accordance with the above clue,this dissertation firstly sets forth the background,current situation,method,theme and content;In the second part,it represents the basic theory of performance appraisal;In the third part,it sets out the current performance appraisal and analyzes the chief problem in Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group by applying the relative performance appraisal.In the fourth part,it analyzes the existing problems and sets forth the relevant optimum proposal in Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group;in the fifth part,it provides the apprasail implementation guarantee of the performance appraisal optimization plan in Ningbo Hua Mao Education Group.Finally,there is the conclusion and outlook about this dissertation.
