With the ever-changing social environment,our lifestyle and family structure have undergone major changes.Children who have grown up in this social environment are,On the one hand,their living conditions are superior and they are often the central characters of generations of family members.On the other hand,in addition to the intense daily learning,many primary school students are often placed in classes or special classes by their parents during the rest of their school days and weekends.They are expected to receive a variety of special grade examinations and promotion contests.These phenomena make it easy for them to develop psychological problems such as poor self-care ability,poor compression resistance,weak psychological endurance,anxiety and nervousness.Many students are tired of learning and living,and even life,and eventually lead to the emergence of some psychological problems.There was even suicidal behavior.Therefore,actively implementing frustration education in schools is an important measure to promote the healthy growth of students.This paper investigates the current situation of frustration education in primary schools,finds problems in the implementation of frustration education in primary schools,and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions for solving primary school frustration education problems.The present situation of frustration education in three different levels of schools in Zaozhuang(two municipal primary schools,two district primary schools,two township primary schools)was investigated and analyzed in this study.Find out the specific problems of frustration education in the process of educational implementation.Through the integration of educational resources,it actively explores effective countermeasures to solve the problems of primary school students' frustration education.The purpose is to provide some theoretical basis and reference for frustration education in other elementary schools.Through the survey,it is found that there are differences in the frustration perception,coping situations,and factors affecting frustration among the three types of schools at different levels;there are also differences in the strategies for frustration education.The following problems exist: the state of frustration education is fragmented and isolated;primary school students lack correct cognition of frustration and poor resistance to frustration;lack of professional knowledge of teachers and single forms of education;parents' irrational understanding of frustration education;lack of scientific evaluation Mechanisms and methods.And through the existing problems from the external objective factors and the internal subjective factors two aspects of the analysis of the problem.Therefore,based on the actual problems and reasons existing in primary school students,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for primary school students to frustrate education.Cultivate non-intellectual factors and improve the ability to resist setbacks;Teachers improve their own quality and use various forms of frustration education.Guide parents to set up correct frustration education concept;We will establish a scientific evaluation mechanism and use multiple evaluation methods flexibly.
