This paper mainly adopts the means of observation and interviews to understand the status of pupils in Shandong Province suffering setbacks, then to verify their real need to deal with setbacks, then to research the Taishan version of "morality and society" teaching material in response to the need to provide resources, teachers’ classroom of the moral education resources usage and teaching effect by means of text analysis, finally analyzes gain and loss and puts forward suggestions for reference.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction. In this part, it gives the research background of pupils in Shandong Province about setback education and the significance of the study and in the review of previous research clears the research content of this subject. With the accelerating pace of social life, people face increasing various pressures. But people’s psychological endurance did not increase but decrease. The global rate of Dutch act and the crime rate are rising year by year, associated with psychological endurance diseases are increasing. To really meet the future demand of the society competition, it is necessary for young people to strengthen social viability and willpower. As young people with a full range of training, not only do they have the resisting setback consciousness of suffering setbacks not discouraged, but also have a strong will and social adaptability face with challenges. So frustration education is the inevitable requirement of social development.The second part takes Q primary school of Xintai city in Shandong province as the research object to research present situation, emphatically analyzes frustration education for pupils. The author gives evidence that pupils have setbacks in academic, life, interpersonal and self-management. Mostly negative feelings and respond to them, positive minority.The third part has statistics and analyzes the Taishan version of "morality and society" teaching material by means of text analysis. The author gives evidence that frustration education resource types in the textbook is various, content is close to students’ real life, presentation is rich, and pay attention to "learn by doing", but the content distribution is uneven, not comprehensive, in-depth, frustration education is confined to the classroom.The fourth part mainly in the classroom teaching, text teaching, problem solving, teaching schedule and assignment describes analyzes the classroom record of implementation of the primary school "moral character and society" setback education. The author gives evidence that teachers in the five uses of frustration education resources are deficient, especially in text teaching.The fifth part is some suggestions on the frustration education in teaching material, schools, teachers, parents, students and social aspects. For example, the design of teaching materials should make frustration education go out of the classroom, the school should regularly carry out mental health education lectures, teachers should be targeted for psychological counseling for students, parents should give more encouragement and care, primary school students should improve their own practice in their frustration tolerance and the society should do a good job of coordinating function in all aspects.
