The development of information technology has affected all aspects of people’s lives,as well as in education.The emergence of information technology facilitates the learning of students and the teaching management of teachers,but on the other hand,it increases the demand for teachers to use information technology in teaching.Teachers ’expertise is no longer limited to pedagogical or content knowledge.In the new era,more attention is paid to the role of technology in teaching.The TPACK model has updated the connotation of teachers’ professional knowledge and integrated technical elements into teachers’ professional knowledge.This framework has been highly praised in recent years.In view of the new requirements of teachers’ professional knowledge in the new era,this paper chooses TPACK framework to carry out relevant research on in-service teachers of general technology.The goal of this study was to text the General Technical Teacher TPACK level Thus,the characteristics and level of TPACK for general technical teachers are understood,and constructive suggestions for the development of TPACK are put forward.This study shows that:1.To compare and analyze the seven dimensions of TPACK knowledge,the level of compound elements containing T elements in the TPACK knowledge of general technology teachers is lower than that of other elements,while the level of Content Knowledge,Technology Knowledge and Pedagogical Content Knowledge is higher than that of other elements;2.In each dimension of TPACK knowledge,male and female teachers are compared,the level do have significant difference: Female teachers have better knowledge of Pedagogical Knowledge.Male teachers scored higher on Technology Knowledge than female teachers;Compared with teachers of different ages,older teachers had significantly lower levels of compound elements with T elements than younger teachers.3.General technical teachers have acquired basic knowledge of TPACK,but it needs further improvement.
