Responsibility is an ancient and important category in ethics,and it is also a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in our social life.Marx’s ethics believes that responsibility is the corresponding obligation the subject bears for his own behavior selection.Arising from social relations,the mutual commitment of responsibility is also a basic characteristic that distinguishes between the two behaviors of human beings and animals.Children are the successors of the nation’s future construction.The strengthening of children’s sense of responsibility and the cultivation of their responsibilities are not only related to the all-round development of children,but also to the future and destiny of the country.Therefore,strengthening our children’s responsibility education is not only the objective need to realize the Chinese dream,but also an inevitable trend of our realistic social development.Nowadays,we are living in the information era with the rapid development of the Internet.Virtual identity and simulated accounts are moving around every space of the network.The appeal of "responsibility" in the whole society is pushed to an unprecedented reality.However,at present,there are many problems in our children’s responsibility education,such as weak sense of personal responsibility,insufficient family responsibility education,formalistic school responsibility education and lack of responsibility education in society.In the new historical conditions,what deserves further discussion is how to cultivate children’s sense of responsibility,so that they will learn to take the initiative to take responsibility in real life,not only for self responsible,but also responsible for the family,society and country and become a responsible and qualified citizen.This paper is based on current domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the responsibility education of children.From the perspective of ethics,it analyzes and interprets the current situation and existing problems of children’s responsibility education in China with an emphasis on ethical relations.Combined with the growth characteristics of children,the paper also analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward the pertinent and feasible countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve and optimize the children’s responsibility education.
