With the rapid development of economic and social undertakings in our country,higher education is flourishing,thriving,the management of colleges and universities is more and more by the community's attention and concern,the University Teachers' salary system for the stability of teachers,arouse the enthusiasm,improve performance plays an irreplaceable role.Based on this,almost all domestic colleges and universities in the exploration for the university teachers salary system.Study on the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,using literature method,interview method,observation method,comparative research method and other research methods of Humanities and Social Sciences Xinjiang NZ College teachers' salary based on conducted empirical research.The use of human resources management theory,combining with management science,economics,political science,analyzes the current characteristics,University Teachers' salary system of our country,structure and mode,focuses on the analysis of the present salary system for teachers in Xinjiang NZ College and the existing problems and causes of the problems are analyzed.Combined with the domestic universities to explore the useful experience,combined with the characteristics of the autonomous region and the school of the Xinjiang NZ College and the actual situation,to provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teachers' salary system,this study suggests that the Xinjiang NZ College teachers pay system improvement should follow the "Teacher centered",fairness,incentive,competition,economic and legal principle,adopt a set of measures,improve the teachers' salary from the overall level,strengthen college autonomy,establish salary performance salary mechanism,realize the scientific and perfect welfare system and long-term incentive system of these 5 aspects of the force,and concerted efforts,through the improvement of the existing salary system of teachers,to establish a stable,professional level high,stable structure,full of vitality and creativity of teachers.
