As vocational education attaches more importance in our country,more and more researchers pay attention to career planning education in recent years.The criterion of checking the career planning education is whether the student has equipped with a certain level of career planning's knowledge and skills.Therefore,this research focuses on the influence of secondary vocational school student's career exploration and career decision-making self-efficacy on career maturity,mainly exploring the correlations of the three factors,so as to know the secondary vocational school student's career maturity and the factors that influence it.This research randomly selects 799 students of three grades from the First Vocational School of Zhuzhou and Taoyuan County Vocational School as the research object,and adopts Middle School Student's Career Exploration Scale,Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale and Middle School Student's Career Maturity Scale as measurement tools and SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.By taking descriptive statistical method,independent T-test,correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis and other methods,this research studies the relationship among career exploration,career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity.The conclusions are as follows:1.The career maturity of secondary vocational school student is middle level.The difference is due mainly to the factors such as confidence,utilitarian,and stability,i.e.the attitude of career decision-making.2.When talking about career maturity,there are significant differences of secondary vocational school student in gender,grade,major,but there is no significant difference in whether the student is the single child of his/her family,region,or whether the student has social practice.3.When talking about career exploration,there are significant differences of secondary vocational school student in grade,whether the student is the single childof his/her family,region,and whether the student has social practice,while there is no significant difference in gender,major.4.When talking about career decision-making self-efficacy,there are significant differences in grade,major,region and whether the student has social practice,while there is no significant difference in gender and whether the student is the single child of his/her family.5.The positive correlation is significant among career exploration,career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity.The development of career maturity can be predicted by the level of their career exploration and career decisionmaking self-efficacy.Secondary vocational school student's career decision-making self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in career exploration and career maturity.
