Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasure Of Campus Football In Zhongshan Junior Middle Schools

The implementation of "campus football" is one of the effective measures of China’s football reform,and also an important way to cultivate reserve talents.Due to the further development of campus football,more and more experts and scholars are devoted to the study of the training system of school football talents.After field survey of school football activity in some regions,the writer found that many elements are not conducive to the growth and the enhancement of the youth,which required some related researches on campus football.In August 2015,Zhongshan city was approved as the "national campus football pilot city".The development of junior campus football in Zhongshan has achieved obvious achievements today,but many problems still exist in the process of development.Therefore,the author drew up a research plan for the current situation of campus football in junior middle schools in Zhongshan city,carried out a field trip in April this year,and implemented the established research plan.This study in junior high school football to carry out the present situation of zhongshan city as the research object,the zhongshan campus football league to participate in the2016-2016 season 11 schools to carry out the investigation.Using the research methods such as literature,questionnaire survey to zhongshan city junior high school soccer movement development is briefly analyzed,found that the school leader recognition and attitude,the present situation of the teachers,coaches or players,the junior middle school students’ learning motivation and cognition,the opinions of the parents for their children to participate in football,the status of the sports venues,equipment,etc,and analyzes the results of the survey,the results show that the school leadership action is negative;School teachers or football coaches enthusiasm is not high,lack of professional skills;Proportion of students participate in football is low;To participate in the campus football activities for children,parents consciousness is not high;For the campus football popularization,school location equipment,equipped with imperfect,such problems as inadequate funding sources.Aimed at the actual situation of zhongshan city junior high school football in several Suggestions: 1.The understanding of the leadership from top to bottom in place,the real value on the action.2.The reform of professional football recruitment system,improve the level of football teachers’ business and job satisfaction.3.The football teaching implement.4.Increase the propaganda to further advance the construction of campus football culture.5.Changing the concept of parents,increase students’ participation.6.Broaden the source of funds,expand funding.The above investigation and analysis reflect the real shape of the current campus footballin junior middle schools of Zhongshan city.The writer is looking for successful experience and existing problems,and put forward his own views,hoping to provide valuable references for the sustainable development of Zhongshan campus football.
