As application and skill oriented talents,the moral quality of secondary vocational school students are directly linked to the construction of modernization and harmonious society in our country.As important base infrastructures for training the junior and middle class skill oriented talents in our country,timeliness of evaluation to their moral quality education work determines whether they could produce highly qualified skill oriented talents.However,most secondary vocational schools are targeting on employment of their students and put more effort on education for professional skills.The understanding of students and teachers to evaluation of their moral quality education work is not adequate.They take education for professional skills more serious than that of moral quality.Plus,many positions of politics teachers are taken by other professional teachers as a part time job.Even the teachers graduated from ideological and political education major do not take it serious due to many other reasons,resulting in that the evaluation of moral quality education goes through the motions.In addition,the weak culture foundation,different quality of students and that many secondary vocational school students are not interested in the boring content of the moral quality education class and even escape their class,all these issues created more problems and challenges for the evaluation to their moral quality education work.The main reason for the rather low rating of their moral quality education work is the incomplete ideological and political education courses.How can we increase the evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students and make it reach the standard level? In this paper,we firstly analyzed the current conditions of the evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students,and then the operating mechanism of it.Although the evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students has been improved in the multicultural background,the currentevaluation still is not satisfied.There are many problems in it.This is a main factor that limits the operation of evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students.Therefore,the current evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students will work only when the operating mechanism is optimized.This is the primary problem that we are facing.This paper studied the evaluation system of moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students in this background.To know more about the current evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students,we studied the evaluation to moral quality education work in three secondary vocational school in Changde City.We found that there are three issues in the current evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students.1.A scientific and reasonable evaluation system of moral quality education has not been built.2.The principal role of students is limited.3.Participates of different types of people make the result grammaticalized.The reasons for the above problems are from multiple aspects.Aiming to the above problem,this paper proposed the following improving strategies under consideration of the characteristic of the evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students.1.Update the evaluation idea and build an objective and fair evaluation mode based on three parties.The method to achieve the objective and fair evaluation to moral quality education work is by the participate of students,school and enterprises.2.Strengthen the theoretical study for evaluation to moral quality and optimize the evaluation standard and method of evaluation to moral quality.The main way is to build a complete system to insure the evaluation to moral quality education work of secondary vocational school students.3Guide the secondary vocational school students to make self-evaluation and produce a reasonable evaluation system for moral quality.This aims to embody the dominant role of students and increase the consciousness of secondary vocational school students.
