With the reform of basic education,the concepts of all-round development of students and lifelong development require that our primary language teaching should not be limited to the study of knowledge,but should be a combination of classroom learning and life practice.In the three-dimensional goals of Chinese teaching,the status of affective goals play an importance in the Chinese classroom teaching of primary schools.However,as the realization of emotional goals is difficult to quantify and monitor,and the long implementation period,its practice internalization is aways overlooked by teachers.This paper analyzes some of the reading texts in the PEP textbooks of elementary schools and sort out the emotional targets relies on the usual teaching practice,then discusses the preconditions and principles of implementing emotional target practice in rural primary schools,and preliminarily explores the practical design and implementation strategy of emotional goals.This subject takes the Qianxinan pu 'an rural primary school as the research object based on the rural students' learning situation,the rural students' family situation,moves the emotional target language classroom teaching into real life,to achieve the purpose of language teaching.
