The main research object of this paper is teacher's job satisfaction survey of Yinchuan Energy Institute and formulate corresponding improvement measures.The data analysis and the invalid questionnaires were rejected after the questionnaire was collected,The effective questionnaire results were recorded by computer,Statistical analysis of data using Excle software,and six major findings are obtained.Each aspect is covered with satisfaction,the basic satisfaction,not too satisfied,not satisfied with the four options,And leave a space to allow investigators to brief the reasons for choosing different options.In order to sum up the basic situation and existing problems of teacher job satisfaction in Yinchuan Energy Institute.Survey results data analysis shows :Yinchuan Energy Institute teachers on the wages,benefits and bonuses,teaching conditions and work environment,job evaluation and job promotion,the relationship between teachers and teachers have the choice of most teachers are not satisfied with the feeling of dissatisfaction.Therefore,according to the specific circumstances of the Yinchuan Energy Institute to develop the following measures:on the policy level to change the institutional differences.improve the school regulations and management system.effectively improve the income level of Teachers College.pay attention to the improvement of the quality of Teachers.It can be from the following several aspects to build the college teachers incentive measures and methods.to enhance the autonomy of the teachers in the teaching process.increased opportunities and time for teachers to go out to study and train to increase the chances of a teacher to read a doctor.
