This is the reason why enterprises should carry out the investigation on employee job satisfaction.The employee job satisfaction can be regarded as an authentic assessment of enterprise management. The feedback is of great help for the future work of staff management to some degree. The investigation on employee job satisfaction is an important way for enterprises to collect and master the employee’s requirements for the company. Enterprises drive the motivation and behavior of the employees by guiding their demands be consistent with the business needs. Enterprises should be able to attract, make good use of and retain the talents by quickly reacting and efficiently change on the basis of assessing the current situation of employee job satisfaction.2015 is a critical period for JQ University to promote the denotative development and connotative construction. The university confronts to a major task of overall relocation, which is the needs for development and results in managerial strain. On the other hand, the university is going through the process of transition to universities of technology and applications. JQ university is faced with fierce competition and great challenges. “How to build a team to meet the requirements of the transition strategy†is a crucial issue for the school administrator. However, the first step to solve the problem is to know the critical factors affecting employees’ behaviors in order to improve employee job satisfaction by taking efficient measures. This is the main reason why this paper chooses employee job satisfaction as research subject.The paper makes an exploratory study on the employee job satisfaction in JQ University. The employee job satisfaction model is built and analyze the relationship of 16 factors such as work suitable degree, responsibility matching degree, work challenge degree, training and pay fairness perception, etc. The paper takes advantage of SPSS to analyze the current situation of job satisfaction in JQ University and determine five key factors including culture, leadship style, welfare and pay fairness perception through collecting relevant data of 317 questionnaires. Finally, based on the analysis of job satisfaction, the paper diagnoses the problems in current management situation and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve job satisfaction. |
