In recent years,the development of education in private higher vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results,and has become an important force in promoting education and education in higher vocational colleges.However,due to the subjective and objective reasons,the development of private vocational colleges is still not optimistic.One of the main problems faced by the development of education in private vocational colleges is the serious loss of teachers and the lack of stability and professionalism of the teachers' team.For private vocational colleges,teachers are the key factor of their development.Among them,the job satisfaction of teachers is the main reason that influences the rate of teacher turnover.Many studies have confirmed that the teacher's job satisfaction is inversely proportional to the rate of loss.Therefore,how to improve the teacher's job satisfaction is the key problem that the private higher vocational colleges need to consider.The improvement of teachers' job satisfaction can not only enhance the stability and professionalism of the teachers,but also improve the comprehensive competitiveness of private vocational colleges in the long run.Based on this,this research explores how to improve the job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational colleges based on the perspective of psychological contract.The research makes surveys on teachers in private vocational colleges by questionnaires and interviews.The results show there are some characteristics about t the psychological contract and job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational colleges.(1)The psychological contract and job satisfaction of teachers in private higher vocational colleges are lower than the general level.(2)The teachers of higher vocational colleges are significantly higher than the teachers of female vocational colleges in normative contract and development contract,and gender has significant impacts on job satisfaction.(3)As the working age increases,the level of psychological contract and job satisfaction increases.(4)There are significant differences in the two factors and job satisfaction of the teachers in private vocational colleges in different marital situations.(5)The normative contract,development contract and interpersonal contract of psychological contract have significant predictive effects on the overall level of job satisfaction.According to the results of the survey,the research puts forward specific measures toimprove teachers' job satisfaction from the schools and teachers.Measures include attaching importance to the value of the psychological contract,helping private higher vocational college teachers to realize self value,setting up the perfect welfare system,building to promote the development of private higher vocational college teachers' personal professional platform,supporting for teachers to deal with work and family conflict.The teacher's self-promotion strategy includes fully recognizing the value of professional education and private education,raising the sense of responsibility and enhancing the professional competence.
