Experimental Study Of The Backward Teaching Method In The Teaching Of Badminton Elective Courses In Universities

Badminton is a technique dominated sport in the antagonistic match with the net,it's one of the main activities for people to exercise.In the day of the flourishing development of the sports for the entire people,more and more people favour this sport.Nevertheless,the teaching development of badminton in universities is a little bit lag.On the one hand,students' basic abilities and individual differences are different.To teach students in accordance of their aptitude,teachers adopt new teaching methods in the teaching process,which can lead to new problems.Namely,the teaching method used by teachers is outdated and the teacher's own teaching ability cannot adapt to the current teaching development trend.On the other hand,there are a series of problems in teaching site.The facilities in the gymnasium are equipped with old and inadequate facilities.Based on the above problems in teachers' teaching methods.This study adopts backward teaching method in the teaching of badminton in university and discusses whether it is feasible to backward teaching method in the teaching of badminton,and whether it is better than the traditional teaching method.The methods of literature,experimental teaching method,and mathematical statistics are used in this study.The two classes of badminton elective course of 2016 grade sports training major of Inner Mongolia Normal University are selected as the experimental subjects,then teaching experiments are implemented,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.At the end of the experiment,there have a T-test of long high service on the control class and the experimental class,the test result show that P <0.05.It is more effective to use backward teaching method in teaching of long high service than traditional teaching methods.Declare that it is more suitable to use the backward teaching method for long high service teaching,and it can improve the teaching efficiency,students are given more time to practice the skill;Moreover,the students? force action in the experimental class under the backward teaching method are better than the control class students as a whole.2.After the experiment,there have a independent sample T-test of performed on forehand high clear score of the control class and the experimental class,the results of the test were P <0.05.In the teaching of overhead stroke,the effect of the backward teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method,furthermore,in the same teaching hours,the experimental class adopting backward teaching method can grasp the new learning technique faster than the traditional control class,thus,the teaching efficiency is improved.the teaching.The students in the backward teaching method are more accurate to master the space sense of the shuttlecock,and the hitting point is better than that of the control class.3.After the experiment,T-test was carried out on the score of net lift technique in the control class and the experimental class,discovered that P <0.05.In the teaching of net lift,there are significant differences between the teaching scores of the two groups of students.That is to say,in the teaching of net lift,it is better to use the backward teaching method than the traditional teaching method and have a remarkable result.And the students' force action of shuttlecock in the reverse teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method.4.At the end of the experiment,P > 0.05 was found in the T test results of the scores of the net shot technique in these two classes.For the net shot technique in these two classes,there is no difference between the scores of two groups of students,the teaching effect of the backward teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the teaching of the net shot technique is the same,and it does not show the superiority of the backward teaching method.Although the backward teaching method can be implemented in the teaching of net shot technology,but it cannot show the advantages of the backward teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method.In a word,in the teaching of badminton technique,the backward teaching method is suitable for the technique teaching which core action is rotation(internal rotation or external rotation),and it can shorten the time of teaching and save time for students to practice.At the same time,the use of reverse teaching method can improve the quality of students' force action of batting shuttlecock.
