Study On Case Management Of Reconstructed Family Relationship Among Patients With Mental Disorders In Hospital

As a family original ecological resources can provide strong special care and mental disorders as a group emotional support and rehabilitation hospital belief,good family relations for inpatient mental disorders and psychological pathology community rehabilitation double plays an indispensable role.The patient's family may initially treat the patient as an ordinary patient.However,due to the pathological repeatability,particularity,and continuity of the mental illness and the public's discrimination and “demonization” label,the family members are burdened with a huge amount of internal and external factors.pressure.Although hospitalized patients with mental disorders received regular grants and free medical care,the huge psychological pressure caused the families of the patients to gradually lose confidence and patience with the patients in the hospital,resulting in the breakdown of the family relationship of inpatients.Using social exchange theory and social ecosystem theory to explore social work case management techniques to help hospitalized mental patients with R hospitals to reconstruct family relationships in the social work level of practical methods.Participatory observations,in-depth interviews,and literature methods were used to collect and summarize data.Research findings indicate that: First,the lengthy rehabilitation period for patients with mental disorders in hospitals has gradually faded to the last bit of patience in the pro.They only use hospitalized and special care patients as tools for receiving state subsidies.Free medical services also solve the last trace of worries for family members.Second,the communication cycle between family members and inpatients is long,and in the process of communication only,the family members are full of bullying,indifference,and evasion in their speech and behavior.Third,the kinship,such as affection,blood concentration,and water,emphasized in the pattern of China's rural diaspora has been unable to serve as an initial intervention point for social workers.Fourth,there is a lack of long-term effective systems among various departments in R hospitals.There is a certain information gap between hospitals and patients' families.The incomplete ecosystem between the hospital,patients' families,and hospitalized patients is detrimental to the well-being of patients and their families.To address the above issues,the social work intervention is divided into three phases from the case management approach: Intervention early stage,interim stage and late intervention stage.First,the use of social exchange theory at the initial stage of intervention involves exchanges for pensions,regular visits,and telephone contact to help hospitalized patients and their families to establish initial stable contact.Second,in the middle period of intervention,the cross-combination of social exchange theory and social ecosystem theory gradually awakens the affection of the two sides.Finally,in the later stage of intervention,the health system of hospitalized patients and family members is improved to achieve the goal of rebuilding family relationships.
