Research On School Sports Policy Enforcement In Common Colleges And Universities Of Taiyuan

The implementation of physical education policies in colleges and universities is an important factor that affects the development of physical education in colleges and universities in our country.an objective and real investigation and analysis of the implementation of physical education policies in colleges and universities and the influencing factors are carried out.countermeasures are put forward for the shortcomings in the implementation,which can provide references for improving the implementation of physical education policies in colleges and universities and improving the physical education work in colleges and universities.This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the implementation of sports policies in six colleges and universities in Taiyuan.After sorting out the investigation results,this paper analyzes the implementation of sports policies in six ordinary colleges and universities in Taiyuan with the evaluation index system for the implementation of sports policies in schools.According to the current situation of the implementation of sports policies in six colleges and universities,this paper draws conclusions and puts forward suggestions.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)sorting out the policies: the national college sports policy issued from 1990 to 2016 has played an important guiding role in college sports,but the details of the policy still need to be further improved.(2)P.E.class: the overall development of P.E.class is relatively good,but it has not fully complied with the document regulations in cardiopulmonary function training,theoretical class hours,and class number.(3)extracurricular physical exercise: fewer students organize more than three extracurricular activities per week by teachers,associations or other organizations,and fewer students reach the level of one hour or more of extracurricular physical activity per day.(4)sports competitions: all six colleges and universities hold school-level sports meetings and individual sports competitions;In the survey,there is a certain gap between the number of students participating in the games and the document regulations.(5)implementation resources: material resources and financial resources still need to be further improved;The situation of human resources is good,which can meet the requirements of the current school sports policy implementation,but teachers' cognitive ability needs to be further strengthened.(6)supervision and evaluation system for implementing policies: six universities have supervision and evaluation systems for evaluating teachers' work,but the supervision and evaluation system for implementing policies in each university has not yet been established.(7)the policy itself and the school's implementation policy: the school sports work regulations,the outline of teaching guidelines for physical education courses in colleges and universities,and the basic standards for physical education work in colleges and universities are relatively clear,specific,and operational.The school's strategy to implement the above three policies is basically appropriate.In view of the current situation of the implementation of sports policies in six colleges and universities in Taiyuan,the suggestions are as follows:(1)policy formulation: the national policy formulation level should increase exchanges with front-line teachers,students and other groups,starting from actual needs;The policy-making level of colleges and universities unifies the school regulations with the national policies and will require quantification to facilitate the implementation of teachers.When formulating policies,relevant departments should clearly assess the standards for the implementation of policies,which departments should supervise them,and how rewards and punishments should be given.(2)school policy publicity: increase the training of physical education teachers in school physical education policies,increase the publicity of school physical education policies,and enhance students' attention to physical education policies;(3)organization of sports activities: the school should hold various sports activities to increase students' interest in sports activities and create a good school sports culture atmosphere;(4)funding: while strengthening government funding support,colleges and universities should expand social resources to increase funding sources and improve the school's basic sports facilities;(5)supervision and evaluation system: the higher authorities and colleges have set up an evaluation system for the implementation of school sports policies.
