China’s colleges and universities have co-existed within the two basic forms of power,administrative power and academic power. Both conflictand coordination through out the whole process of operation of power at colleges and universities.This article is based on the basic attributes of the university organization, academic andadministrative authority in the connotation of the defined according to the power of disposal of theuniversity internal affairs.
