| This article uses methods such as literature materials,questionnaires,expert interviews,and action research methods to explore ways,methods,and contents of implementing dietary health education in physical education classes.Through a questionnaire survey among experts,some primary school PE teachers and students,the current situation of the implementation of dietary health education in primary school physical education classes in China and the objectives,principles,approaches,and contents of the implementation of dietary health education in primary school PE curriculum were discussed,at the same time the implementation of dietary health education in primary school physical education class action research,for the implementation of dietary health education in primary school physical education to provide a feasible reference advice.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Japan’s dietary health education has a very good reference value for China,mainly as follows: First,Japan’s dietary health education is rich in content,with systematic teaching materials,and a rational curriculum structure.Second,Japan’s diet health education has legislative protection.2.Most school leaders,physical education teachers,and students believe that it is necessary to conduct dietary health education in physical education classes.Students’ perceptions of food nutritional value,food safety,and correct eating behavior are relatively weak.The explanation of the contents of diet education for health education teachers is basically no teaching plan,unit plan or teaching plan.Most of the sports teachers’ dietary and health education activities are carried out in the form of thematic blackboard newspapers,wall posters,and topical knowledge contests and theme publicity and education lectures.3.Physical education curriculum The goal of implementing dietary health education is to master basic dietary health knowledge and dietary habits correctly,to reduce the harm to the disease,to learn to prevent diseases,to strengthen and improve students’ self-care ability,and to promote physical health.Principle is the principle of practicality and health promotion.The combination of situated teaching,game and knowledge teaching.The method of implementing dietary health education in physical education classes adopts a combination of theoretical knowledge and active games.The implementation of dietary health education in physical education classes requires a system of textbooks,necessary teacher training,and teaching aids for classes.The content of dietary health education is different for different levels of primary school students.Do not picky,not partial eclipse,eating on time,eating,oral hygiene and other personal hygiene knowledge,do not eat unclean,spoilage,more than the shelf life of food,basic knowledge of food safety,wash your hands after the meal is more suitable for level 1 students to learn and establishes basic awareness of food hygiene,knows the effects of foods such as milk and beans,and knows the main nutrients(such as fat,protein,and carbohydrates)that the body needs.)Students of Level 2 are required to learn,to understand common foods that are prone to food poisoning,to understand the common causes of food poisoning,to eat unrecognized wild herbs,wild fruits and mushrooms,and to understand the relationship between nutrition and health.Level 3 students learning.The evaluation methods of implementing diet health education in physical education class can be carried out in the classroom on the spot to conduct knowledge quizzes and teachers to arrange extracurricular activities and return to the school to check the completion of the situation.4.Through the action research,it is proved that the physical education curriculum can effectively carry out dietary health education.The teaching methods can be conducted in different ways according to the characteristics of different levels of students. |
