Research On The Path Of New-Type Urbanization Of Population, Land And Industry In Henan Province

Currently,the pace of urbanization in China is increasingly developing,population,land and industry are the three main factors reflecting the development of urbanization,and among them,whether these three can promote and coordinate the development of urbanization is directly related to the quality of the development of urbanization.However,the ultimate goal of the three is to promote the true realization of the population urbanization,improve the quality of life and happiness index of residents and promote the benign development of economy.Since the reform and opening up,the development of urbanization in China has experienced a process of low starting point and rapid development.The achievements of urbanization have attracted worldwide attention,and the speed of development is among the highest in the world.But the longitudinal comparison shows that the growth rate of urbanization in China is different in each period.During the 12 th Five-Year plan,the pace of urbanization in China has slowed down markedly and some disadvantages in the development of traditional urbanization can appear.For instance,the uncoordinated factors such as faster land urbanization than population urbanization,inadequate and incomplete urbanization of population,lack of motivation for industry urbanization.On the basis of summing up the development of urbanization in the past,in the Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC,the state had formally proposed new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,promoting the people-centered urbanization,the positive interaction and integration between industry and urbanization,and coordination between urbanization and agricultural modernization.New urbanization is no longer a one-sided pursuit of data,it is people-centered and attaches more importance on connotation and quality of urbanization development.To realize mutual promotion and coordinated development of industry,land andpopulation,it is of necessity to formulate the various factors.Henan Province is not only a large population province of China,but also a big agricultural province of our country.The development foundation of urbanization is relatively weak.The development level of urbanization is lower than the national average level for a long time and the problems existing in the process of development are prominent and typical and they are representative to a certain extent.This thesis takes Henan Province as the resesrch object,from the perspective of population,land and industry in the new urbanization.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of population,.land and industrial urbanization in Henan Province and summarizes the main problems among them.For example,the prominence of the urban-rural dual structure caused by the household registration system,great pressure on investment in urban infrastructure construction,regional inbalance of urbanization,unsuitable existing land system of the needs of urbanization development,serious waste of land,poor synergetic effect of enterprises in industrial area,unreasonable industrial structute,etc.Secondly,constrcting new urbanization measurement index in Henan Province and analysing the coordination of land and population,industry and population urbanization in different regions of Henan Province.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in population,land and industry urbanization in Henan Province,this paper puts forward feasible path measures.
