The Study Of Coordinated Development Between Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Hexi Corridor

With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the problem of urbanization is not high,the main problem is that the urbanization is higher than that of urbanization.The coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization is the key to improve the quality of urbanization.The implementation of the special background of Silk Road Economic Belt in our country,the Hexi Corridor towns urbanization smoothly,can contribute to exchanges and cooperation with Central Asia,West Asia and other regions along the Silk Road,but also can improve the quality of life and economic level of local residents,to promote the development of small towns around the radiation.This paper attempts to Hexi Corridor 20 counties as the research object,from the two aspects of time and space of population urbanization and land urbanization coordinated development level,and the future trend analysis of the factors influencing the coordination level on the basis of 5 years in Hexi Corridor urbanization coordination level.Analysis of factors influencing the level of coordinated development by using Arcgis 9.3 weighted regression model(GWR).By using the software DPS 7.05 and Matlab R2011 a combined grey neural network model to predict the coordinated development degree of 20 counties in Hexi Corridor 2015-2020.The research results show:(1)the 2001-2014 population in cities in Hexi Corridor Area Index and land urbanization index showed a gradual upward trend,the development speed of 2003-2007 land urbanization index faster than population urbanization index,2008-2014 land urbanization index exceeded population urbanization;population urbanization and land urbanization index index spatial distribution is consistent with the level of economic development of each county.(2)Coordinated development level is gradually rising trend of the 2001-2014 population urbanization in Hexi Corridor and urban land;spatial distribution coordination development level shows the overall coordinated development degree is low,the different interval gap of county coordination and coordinated development level of spatial differences significantly.(3)The factors influence the coordinated development level of the Hexi Corridor of population urbanization and land urbanization mainly has 6,followed by The Local Fiscal Expenditure per capita > Per Capita Total Retail Sales of Social Consumer Goods > Per Capita Education Expenditure > Per Capita GDP > Road Network Density > The Total Power of Agricultural Machinery.(4)The coordinated development level of each county in the Hexi Corridor in 2015-2020 continued to rise.Only to 2020 and Aksai Subei County belong to the transitional development,the county reached a coordinated development,Scarlett 0.95 will be the first to reach the high quality coordinated development;the future distribution of the overall level of development was significantly improved and the gap between the level of coordinated development of different county interval was significantly reduced.
