Teacher-student interaction is not only an important link in classroom teaching,but also the key to advance the common growing of teachers and students.The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)puts forward that:“the teaching process is the teachers and students associates,the communal development interaction process,and teachers should actively interact with students and develop together in the teaching process.” Practice has shown that teachers' knowledge reserves,teaching experience and teacher ? s outlook on students have a profound impact on students' learning quality and effectiveness.What's more,there are significant differences between mature and novice teachers in classroom interaction between teachers and students.Therefore,the study takes classroom teacher-student interaction as the starting point,selects three representative teachers,observes and records the process of their classes,analyzes the differences and causes of classroom interactions between the two types of teachers,and proposes measures to enhance the effectiveness of teacher classroom interactions so that Promote teacher professional development.This paper includes five chapters.Chapter one: introduction.It mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic of the paper,its research significance,research content,research object,research methods,research ideas and development of research tools.Chapter two: literature review.Through literature analysis,we have sorted out the research directions,research results,and weak areas of predecessors' interactions with teachers and students,so as to determine the key difficulties and key issues to be addressed in this study.Including related concept definition,teacher-student interaction research,teacher growth research,etc.Chapter three: Comparison of Teacher-student Interaction in Two Kinds of Teachers'.Mainly from classroom teacher-student interaction methods,classroom interaction language,classroom interaction skills,student participation and classroom interaction patterns,etc.,to compare the teacher-student interaction between the two types of teachers,To explore the performance and effect of mature teachers and novice teachers in classroom teacher-student interaction.Chapter four: Analysis on the Causes and Countermeasures of the Differences between Teachers and Students in the Classroom.According to the differences between the two types of teachers in the classroom teacher-student interaction,thereasons for the differences are analyzed from the perspectives of teachers' teaching concepts,teaching experience,knowledge reserves,teaching reflections,expectation effects,students' views,and educational intelligence.Chapter five: conclusions and recommendations.Summarize the main conclusions of the study,put forward relevant recommendations,and point out the weaknesses of the research.
