Kindergarten teacher’s instraction not only plays a vital role in the development of children’s language ability,but also is one of the standard to measure teacher’s teaching ability.Kindergarten teacher’s instruction language can achieve the educational purpose,complete the activityntasks,facilitate the communication between children and teachers,promote the physical and mental development of children.At present,the comprehensive quality of kindergarten teachers is general improved,but some of small class teachers have problems in instruction concept and application,and in the process of teacher’s professional development,kindergarten teachers and researchers should think deeply of how to improve the use of instructions,and previous research need to make targeted adjustments according to the need of real and regions,.This study selected a provincial demonstration model kindergarten in wuhan as the research object,and the instructions of ten small class teacher was observed and recorded through Flanders classroom interaction system,summarized the problems in teacher’ s instruction,Analyzed the cause of the problem and put forward the specific Suggestions.The study is divided into four pates:The first part:clarfy the composition,application requirements and theoretical basis of teachers’instruction.Through literature analysis of the way to end the previous relevant research,the theoretical basis and research ideas.The second part:to explore the status of small class teachers’instruction.Flanders interactive systerm was used to observe and record the current situation of ten kindergarten teachers.The third part:this paper analyzes the problem and cause in the insteuction of small class teacher.Firstly,video was analyzed by Flanders classroom interaction system,and concluded the deficiency of ten teachers in using instructinos,including the lack of empathy,closed and one-side in the use of evaluation language,and children’s subjectivity was not reflected.Secondly,according to the interview analysis,the reasons for the above problem is that the ten class teacher’s insufficients cognition,the teaching ability still needs to be improved,and the lack of targeted guidance.The fourth part:put forward the optimization strategy aiming at the problem existing in the instructions of small class teachers.This study puts forward suggestions to improve the frequency and skill of the use of empathy,pay attention to the openness and effectiveness of qusetions,correctly grasp the use of command language,and respect children’s subject status... |
