Research On Social Integration Of Floating Population In Hefei City

The issue of population mobility is one of the demographic phenomena to which the researchers at home and abroad attach great importance.How to solve the problem of population flow scientifically and effectively can not only help explain the connotation of the population’s own changes correctly,but also elucidate the relationship between population and social harmonious development and also an important measure to speed up the implementation of new urbanization.In recent years,the floating population began to show new features of scale,family,residence and diversification of mobile types,triggering a series of new social problems.With the acceleration of globalization,the impact of the reform and opening up policy and the rapid economic development,the size,structure and function of China’s floating population have undergone tremendous changes,putting forward higher-level challenges to the stable and long-term development of social structure.How can the floating population as a specific group of people,how to integrate into and accustomed to the urban life of the inflow areas,and how to coordinate the three roles of the state,inflow areas,local residents and local residents so as to help them integrate smoothly into the urban life in the inflow areas?The series of questions are not only the research objects that many scholars at home and abroad pay attention to,but also the livelihood difficulties that the government at state level needs to solve in actual situation.Concerned about the extent of social integration of migrants in the influx of land began to seem particularly important,but also more time significance.At the same time,promoting the rational and orderly integration of floating population into urban life provides important preconditions for the overall coordination of urban and rural areas under the new urbanization.Based on the theory of social integration at home and abroad and the dynamic statistics of the floating population in China during 2012 and 2017,taking Hefei as an example,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the social integration of migrant population flowing into Hefei.First of all,this paper attempts to describe the actual integration and changes of floating population in Hefei from the aspects of economy,institution,culture,community service and psychology in combination with the questionnaire data,comprehensively understand the overall situation of floating population integration from the multi-dimensional perspective,Secondly,through the selection and assignment of variables,we can understand the factors that affect the integration and impact of floating population in Hefei.The results show that the integration of floating population in Hefei is generally good,but the real integration While the variables such as the age of migrant population,the nature of hukou,the extent of community service,the objects of social interaction in free time,the wishes of naturalization and their own health habits have a significant impact on the integration of floating population,and also verify the economic factors It is not the main factor that affects the integration;Finally,through summarizing and concluding the integration model of the pilot cities of social integration of the floating population in our country,we briefly describe the current progress of the pilot project of floating population integration in Hefei,combining the above.problems future Social integration of migrants fertilizer market provides some feasible suggestions.
