Analysis On The Social Integration Of Floating Female Population In Shenzhen

Social integration is becoming more and more pronounced during the period of social transformation. The western scholars began to pay attention to this issue when western countries experienced the social change of industrialization, urbanization and modernization; they put forward the concept of social integration and form the theory of social integration gradually. Since 30 years of reform and opening up, China has undergone profound economic and social changes, and came into the period of social transformation. China's development process is similar as Western countries of indoctrination, urbanization and modernization. Our country is experiencing a serious of social problems, such as soaring house prices, the price is too high, graduate employments are experiencing difficulty finding jobs, a serious of Foxconn suicide jump. In this paper, the social integration of floating population in Shenzhen were taken as the observe object, I trying to begin with the theory of social integration, seeking the explanation and solution answers of this social problems.In this paper, I started from the theory and practice of social integration of foreign papers, combine with the analysis of survey date of floating population in Shenzhen, using the analysis approaches of TOPSIS which is flexibility would meet any problems. I analyze and observe the process of social integration of floating female population in Shenzhen deeply from three dimensions respectively, such as economic, society and psychology. Through the result, I found that the process of social integration is not the concept of a single dimension, but dynamic, progressive and multi-dimensional, which is a long stage of social problems. The level of social integration will effect the progress of urbanization directly and also the decision of government and development of economic, which is a unavoidable problem. In order to improve the level of social integration, we should think about the solution method from three fields such as floating population themselves, cities and nation.
