With the rapid development of China’s economy and the level of national culture improve constantly.Preschool education has been valued in these years.The relevant government department has spent a lot in terms of human and material resources.Meanwhile,parents would like to pay more time,energy and finances to preschool education.Therefore,all kinds of kindergartens have been mushroomed on this background.While the growth of quantity causes the unevenness of quality.A part of kindergartens pursue luxury and beautiful environment,ignoring local featured educational resources.They value the study of manifest curriculum,which focus on knowledge and skill,neglecting the implement of hidden curriculum,which could have profound influence on children.Taking Kindergarten X of Shenyang(Liaoning Province)as research object,this paper has defined the concepts and has analyzed the characteristics of correlate curriculum,kindergarten curriculum and kindergarten hidden curriculum by studying the development history and current situation of hidden curriculum at home and abroad.This paper has solid foundations: taking “The Kindergarten Education Guidance Program ” as document basis,and taking Piaget’s Cognitive Development Theory,Skinner’s Behaviorism Learning Theory,Montessori’s Prepared Environment Theory,the Regional Culture Theory and the Ecology of Education Theory as the theoretical basis.It adapts the participant observation method,unstructured interviews and qualitative research to obtain hidden curriculum materials about physical environment,organizational system and personnel arrangement,which base on substantial empirical material and elaborates present implementation status of hidden curriculum of Kindergarten X of Shenyang.Through attribution analysis of the present situation and deficiencies in hidden curriculum of the kindergarten,this paper puts forward to improve the awareness of hidden curriculum of kindergarten administrators and teachers,integrating regional cultural resources into environment creation and education content,strengthening cultural and development of kindergarten,building harmonious interpersonal relationship,establishing the evaluation system of hidden curriculum resources of kindergarten and hidden curriculum resources development strategy targeted for Kindergarten X,with the purpose of providing reference for the same type kindergartens in the same field.
